You acknowledge and agree that TouchySubject Productions does not and cannot control the information and content transmitted by you and or "The Girls" via the Communications Services provided by them.

You may access TouchySubject Productions, its features and services including the girls personal websites and their content. However certain features will require a fee, the amount of any such fee shall be disclosed and must be paid prior to being given access to specific Video/Audio Chat, in particular access to the girls webcam. Access shall be at the sole discretion and control of the girl.

Please note that any payments made by you to a particular girl for video chat services will NOT provide you with any rights or credits to any of our other girls webcam feed services.

You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You hereby agree to provide TouchySubject Productions and a with true, complete and up-to-date information regarding your purchases and billing information. Any person providing information that is not true, complete and up to date shall face immediate termination of TouchySubject Productions as well as and is subject to civil and criminal liability.

 

You are entirely responsible and liable for all of your activities on the Site via the webcam feed provided to you and otherwise conducted through your purchase and or Chat. Please note that, as a user of the Site you may not permit any other person use of your user name. Your purchase, username and password (Login), may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You must promptly notify TouchySubject Productions of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Affiliated with TouchySubject Productions and its billing providers. Charges, Billing and Payments TouchySubject Productions has no basic fee for membership to the TouchySubject Productions Site. However, certain Services and other features on the Site will cost money. The applicable rates, method of payment and duration are determined as described on the each Girls page at the location from which you initiate communication with a particular Girl. Our webcam feed prices are charged on a per show basis not per-minute and agreed upon by both you and the Girl during chat and prior to accessibility of the Video portion of our site "Girls Live WebCam" The Terms of Service for the sale will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal dispute involving any purchase and/or site related services must take place in State courts in Brevard County, Florida.
